The Vehicle Registration Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle stock across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and current records of vehicles in stock
  • Communicating with the sales team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of vehicle registrations, transfers, and disposals

Requirements:

  • Era/Pentana experience preferred but not essential
  • A background in stock control or a similar role is highly desirable
  • The ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A positive attitude and strong time management skills are essential for this role
