**Trade Specialist Role Overview**

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working in the industrial space and a passion for delivering exceptional results? We are seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing and executing territory plans that target and convert end users.

As a Trade Specialist, you will work closely with major customers' and brand partners trade representatives, facilitating end user conversions through cold calling, trade events, and joint sales calls. Your primary objective will be to deliver our value proposition, understanding the overall offer of our range of products and services from an end user perspective.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong sales and/or tradesperson experience within the industrial space, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing growth initiatives. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute territory plans to target and convert end users
  • Facilitate end user conversions through cold calling, trade events, and joint sales calls
  • Deliver our value proposition to end users, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Maintain relationships with key end users to defend and extend loyalty to our brand
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product, and activities

**Requirements:**

  • Prior sales and/or tradesperson experience within the industrial space
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing growth initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
