This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Regional Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in the development of dewatering product range sales in the region.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in surface and submersible pumps to lead our business development efforts in Oceania and SEA. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing revenue models, channels, pricing, and product strategies for Surface/Submersible pumps and bolt-on acquisitions.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships and support growth plans with Customer Centers for Portable Flow.
  • Prioritize and track investments in new product initiatives, maintaining strong market engagement and follow-ups.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong commercial and technical background, excellent communication and cross-cultural skills, and a disciplined yet approachable attitude.

  • Extensive experience in surface and submersible pumps.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our facilities in Australia. International travel will be required on a frequent basis in key regions.
