We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Melbourne & Olympic Parks. As a key member of our planning and delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Australian Open and other events held at our venues.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and delivery.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of events.
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff to ensure the successful delivery of events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless event experience for our guests.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with event delivery.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced operations professional who has a proven track record of delivering successful events. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will have experience in event operations, project management, and team leadership, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of event safety and risk management.
