As a Senior Aftermarket Manager at Textron Specialized Vehicles, you will play a critical role in leading our aftermarket and service operations. You will be responsible for driving all areas to achieve AOP with a focus on improving the customer experience.

This includes:

  • Ensuring efficiency improvements related to time, cost, and quality;
  • Maintaining contact with clients to obtain customer feedback in relation to our product and service quality;
  • Overseeing all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction;

You will work closely with the sales team to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring clients are supported in line with set customer service standards.

We require a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a proven track record in leadership, technical sales, and spares sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the GSE industry, including exporting product internationally and working with agents internationally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure satisfied clientele and increased returns;
  • Liaising with sales team to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance;
  • Ensuring clients are supported in line with set customer service standards;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programmes;
  • Providing periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities;
