Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and providing exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.

About Our Team

Our organization is a proud provider of unique and eco-friendly experiences on electric boats. With a presence in Melbourne, we aim to contribute to improving local waterways by regularly patrolling and collecting rubbish.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive great training and flexibility to work around your schedule. No prior experience is required, but previous customer service roles or boat experience are definitely a plus. Weekend availability is essential, with opportunities for mid-week work as well.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with boarding and alighting the vessels
  • Use computers to check guests in on arrival
  • Conduct general cleaning and tidying of the vessels before bookings
  • Distribute safety briefings and demonstrations to guests
  • Set up and pack down of vessels at the beginning and end of operating days
  • Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of like-minded individuals

As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a free vessel rental per month.
