About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. In this challenging role, you will coordinate the dispatch and utilisation of our Concrete trucks, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
This role requires a strong problem solver who can think on their feet and possess a superior customer service ethic. You will work closely with team members and production to maximise service and ensure drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Work with team members & Production to optimise service
- Ensure Drivers are informed of job requirements and daily schedule
- Notify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery
- Comply with driver Fatigue management and statutory requirements
- A keen eye for detail
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual with experience in scheduling or dispatch, preferably in real-time. You should have demonstrated customer service and solution-focused skills, as well as proficiency in navigating multiple systems. Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment.
