We have an exciting opening for a skilled Allocator to join our team in North Ryde. In this challenging role, you will coordinate the dispatch, utilisation and timely delivery of our Concrete trucks.

This position is perfect for a strong problem solver who can think on their feet and has excellent customer service skills.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Managing orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Working with team members & Production to maximise service
  • Keeping drivers up-to-date on job requirements and daily schedules
  • Notifying stakeholders of any deviations to schedule or late delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements and company health & safety

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time (preferably)
  • Demonstrated customer service and solution-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems
  • Well-developed problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
