About the Role

As a strategic leader in performance marketing, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading projects that drive digital growth, revenue streams, and customer experience across various channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on both brand awareness and revenue generation.
  • Elevate testing frameworks for digital performance channels, campaign targeting, creatives, and landing pages to optimize conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with agencies to drive online sales and targets, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure seamless customer journeys through our website and digital platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to boost conversions.
  • Stay ahead of industry competitors by developing innovative digital strategies centered around customer experience and sales.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards to inform decisions, utilizing website funnel conversion metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of a consistent customer acquisition strategy that drives business outcomes.
  • Manage monthly performance budgets and be accountable for channel acquisition targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement demand generation strategies, lead nurturing programs, product launch campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified with formal qualifications in Marketing (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years' experience in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce on either agency or client-side.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to connect data dots and drive business impact.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and customer acquisition, with a focus on scalable campaigns.
  • Familiarity with optimizing campaigns for scale, including landing page and user funnel optimization.
  • Strong media and website agency management experience.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, driving data-driven insights.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
