Key responsibilities include managing the residential service, budgeting, resource utilization, staff supervision, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration. You will also be required to report to the Community General Manager & Chief Operating Officer.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide overall leadership, direction and strategic planning in all aspects of residential aged care services including governance, finance, human resources, quality improvement and change management. Your key responsibility is to create an environment where people are valued, encouraged and empowered to contribute to achieving the highest quality outcomes for residents.

  • Manage budgets and allocate financial resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead by example and promote positive organizational culture that supports employee well-being, teamwork and open communication.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of care and customer satisfaction.
", "Required Skills and Qualifications:", "
  • 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector.
  • Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable).
  • People management and leadership experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable).
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
