About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Chief Operations Director, responsible for delivering high-quality services across Residential Aged Care.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Mentor and support Service Leaders to drive quality support services
- Drive business growth through effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Act as a senior escalation point for incident management, WHS compliance, and property matters
- Champion a values-based culture aligned with participant-centred care principles
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing service delivery teams in health or related field
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in leadership, ideally with a focus on aged care practice standards
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
