Provide compassionate care to individuals in a residential setting as a Direct Care Worker.
">The successful candidate will assist in delivering exceptional service to residents, ensuring they receive the support they need to live fulfilling lives. This is an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
About the Role:- Assist in providing direct care services to residents, including daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate closely with health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Contribute directly to the well-being of residents while working in a nurturing and team-oriented environment.
This role requires the ability to provide high-quality care, exercise own judgment and initiative, and work effectively as part of a team.
What We're Looking For:- Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the provision of direct care service in a health-related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail, or disabled persons.
- Experience in using computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
