Consumer Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Consumer Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to lead a team of 4 and develop strategies to drive consumer awareness, desirability, and sales through paid, owned, and earned media and CRM channels.

The role involves:

  • Developing the brand's overall consumer priorities through deep insights and data analysis.
  • Collaborating with the National Marketing Manager to own the consumer marketing go-to-market strategy and coordinating key stakeholders for a seamless consumer journey.
  • Responsibility for the brand's paid, owned, and earned media strategy to drive consumer awareness, desirability, and ultimately sales.
  • Developing specific implementation programs and campaigns for the Brand through localisation of global campaigns and creation of local ones.
  • Ensuring available consumer, retail, shopper data is analysed and used for marketing decisions.

Key qualifications include:

  • Degree qualification in Marketing or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
  • 6+ years' work experience that includes CRM, online, or digital media consultancy/project management.
  • Luxury good/beauty industry experience.
  • e-commerce experience.
  • Operational CRM experience.
  • Understanding of web technologies involved in digital and social platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

  • Ability to build rapport and quickly develop relationships with multiple stakeholders.
