Senior Consumer Finance Strategist Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting product specifications, conducting in-depth analysis and engaging with key stakeholders to gather business needs. This role is crucial for developing detailed business requirements and process maps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into deliverables.
  • Process Expertise: Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams including product, engineering, operations and credit risk to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, working on successful project deliveries within the financial services or FinTech domain.
  • Deep expertise in payments and consumer lending operations, including underwriting, collections, hardship programs, payment systems and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro for documentation and workflow mapping.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
