
Financial Crime Reporting and Compliance Specialist

This is a pivotal opportunity to lead our organization's approach to regulatory reporting and screening within financial crime compliance.
About the Role:
- Ensure we meet our obligations under IFTI and TTR reporting, shaping the governance and effectiveness of our screening programs.
- Provide advisory and oversight across sanctions, third-party, customer, employee, and payment screening.
- Collaborate closely with analytics and risk teams to validate data integrity and support robust compliance frameworks.
About You:
- Bring deep expertise in screening and regulatory reporting, backed by a strong understanding of financial crime compliance obligations, including AML/CTF and AUSTRAC guidance.
- Line 2 experience is preferable.
- Have a strong background in financial services and banking to navigate complex initiatives and build trusted relationships across the business.
- Be a critical thinker with a pragmatic approach to compliance, known for meeting tight deadlines and communicating complex information clearly.
- Have a proactive mindset and dedication to continuous learning, thriving in dynamic environments and passionate about contributing to a purpose-driven compliance function.
