
Financial Crime Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Financial Crime Compliance team. The successful candidate will lead reviews of technology changes that impact financial crime processes and detection systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities for financial crime projects
- Support financial crime projects, including input into business requirements, solution design, and testing and change management
- Review and circulate submissions prior to relevant forums
- Participate in weekly sessions with delivery teams to understand and elicit change requirements
- Facilitate the escalation of financial crime related matters as necessary
- Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management processes
- Strong document production and reporting skills
- Understanding of technology change management and AML / CTF regulations
- Agile delivery experience and strong critical thinking
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication
- Ability to rapidly acquire deep understanding across multiple subject matter areas
