Job Description

The House Leader will exercise a significant leadership role within the College, responsible for the development and management of students and staff. The role requires the ability to lead and enhance the quality of educational life in the House, ensuring child safety guidelines are adhered to.

This position comes with a component of remuneration and time release. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a 3-year fixed-term contract, with an ongoing teaching position associated with the appointment.

Requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Ability to articulate and support the Aquinas Vision and Mission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully within a team
  • Current VIT Registration
  • Relevant permissions to work in Australia
