Executive House Director Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to lead and co-manage one of our Houses, working closely with a pastoral care team and supporting students across various year levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead and manage the House's operations, including its pastoral care team and student cohort
  • Provide strategic leadership in student wellbeing, pastoral and academic care initiatives
  • Support and mentor student leaders, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with staff, students, and families to address student wellbeing and academic needs
  • Contribute to the broader life of the School community
