Job Title: Housing Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our housing portfolio, providing strategic direction and guidance to our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tenancy management, property maintenance, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve housing outcomes
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address housing needs
  • Embed a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence across the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably in a housing or property management environment
  • Strong knowledge of residential tenancies laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
