We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Senior Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook international hot and cold meals in commercial quantities for business and economy class passengers.
  • Maintain stock control and minimize food wastage.
  • Clean and maintain a hygienic work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to menu specifications, food safety, HACCP, WHS, and QSAI policies.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications is preferred, or equivalent level of experience.
  • Passion and drive to deliver high-quality food to our customers.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Motivation, hard work, and a good attitude are essential.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
