Job Description

Key Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to build both commercial and construction experience, learn from experienced in-house counsel, and become a trusted adviser to a leading business in the modular construction industry.

  • The role involves dealing with a broad range of legal matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and tenders.
  • Providing legal input into project opportunities and client negotiations.
  • Assisting with dispute resolution, compliance, investigations, and special projects.

The company is part of a global leader in modular space solutions headquartered in London. It has Asia Pacific operations spanning over 25 key locations across Australia and New Zealand, operating under trusted brands.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (or JD) and eligible to practice in an Australian State or Territory.

Experience: 1–3 years PAE (private practice or in-house).

Skills: Commercial law, drafting, research, analytical skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
