Job Description:

Soulful Fitness is a yoga, Pilates, and wellness studio that offers over 80 classes per week plus online classes and workshops.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Membership Manager.

Responsibilities include managing reception and administration duties, rostering staff, assisting the studio manager, handling member requests, greeting members, ensuring their needs are met, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, be optimistic and passionate, self-driven and good communicator, and interested in serving and helping others.

They will also be responsible for day-to-day running of the studio, opening and closing, managing classes, and handling membership sales and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Process membership sales and enquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with scheduling and rostering staff
  • Support studio manager with administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or retail environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Prompt and efficient service delivery
