Procurement Consultant - SAP Ariba Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant to lead the design, development and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions for our clients.

  1. Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Provide expert-level consultation services to clients in the area of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure the successful adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Provide leadership in customer project implementations by offering subject matter expertise in source-to-pay processes.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.
  • Guide and provide inputs for change management and long-term solution sustainability.
  • Raise awareness for data quality and put remediation plans in place to address data-related issues.
  1. Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Ariba solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Ensure system enhancements and bug fixes are implemented effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for functional queries regarding SAP Ariba software solutions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba and proven ability to build and manage a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. They should also have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead design workshops and discussions.
