Job Description

The role of Strategic Leader for Network Services Delivery is a key position within our organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of network services operations contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive business growth while expanding the division across Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to set direction and implement service delivery strategies. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects and manage inter-dependencies.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing inspirational leadership and driving high performance in their teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Water or wastewater experience preferred
  • Exceptional strategic, financial, project, program and motivational skills
  • Ability to build strong networks that yield excellent outcomes
  • Proven track record of providing strategic direction and inspirational leadership
