The Heart of the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside supportive colleagues and managers who trust and give you time to interact with customers. You'll focus on customer growth activities, including:

  • Providing personalized recommendations of health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits for easy decision-making.
  • Developing business and community-based relationships that promote our brand and drive the acquisition of new members.

Key Responsibilities

You'll take a 'customer-first' approach, assisting existing members in their day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of our product, providing solutions to identified concerns or needs, and educating members on all the benefits they can access.

Training and Support
