  • Provide information and referrals to the public; open files and assign work as required.
  • Plan and coordinate RCY's outreach initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of RCY's role.
 Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of the Representative for Children and Youth's mandate and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
