A unique opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in an Architectural Studio.

This is a fantastic chance for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, organized, and trustworthy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities will include calendar management, maintaining strong communication links between management and staff, assisting with marketing and social media, greeting visitors, event management, stakeholder engagement, general office management, and upkeep.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Architectural/Design/Construction industries, and possess a great eye for detail.

They will also be able to stay calm under pressure, keep focusing on their daily responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary range of $60k to $80k plus super, depending on skills and experience.
