**Studio Operations Manager**

 

**About this role:**

This is an opportunity to join a newly established architecture practice as their studio operations manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to the directors and contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with marketing and bid support, using InDesign to develop EOI's, bids, and submissions.
- Oversee the overall administration duties, including meeting guests, arranging office supplies, and facilities management.
- Support people and culture initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and team social events.

 

**Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in an office management role in a related industry.
- Proficiency in InDesign software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
