Labour Manager Role

We are seeking a Labour Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional event experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in labour management. They will oversee hiring, training, and scheduling, ensuring that field team member resources align with the evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads, project managers, sales, and operations to plan labour efficiently for events.
  • Analyse regional labour reports and provide recommendations for staffing levels, training, and other actions to improve labour performance.
  • Participate in interviews and hiring processes for new technician candidates.
  • Manage a team of coordinators to roster casual and full-time technicians, ensuring show delivery needs are met.
  • Oversee the rostering and payroll system for casual and base staff.
  • Liaise with venues to arrange crew utilisation as required.
Requirements:
