**Event Leadership Role**

 

As a senior event leader, you will be responsible for overseeing retail and event operations in Australia for various sports. Your role will involve leading high-performing teams, ensuring efficient inventory management, engaging visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful events and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all retail partner functions.
  • Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to develop best-in-class product strategies.
  • Manage stock preparation and planning, including pre-and post-event activities, and oversee 3PL replenishment and processes.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple retail and event venues.
  • Experience working in major sporting events and on-site retail programs.
  • Confident and bold, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Live and breathe our values and culture.
  • Merchandising and layout experience is desirable.
