About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Consultant to join our Perpetual Digital team in Australia. As a key member of our innovation company, you will be responsible for providing expert support for client reporting requirements, data analytics, and custom application delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support for client reporting requirements, including Reserve Bank of Australia repo-eligibility reporting;
  • Respond to Investor enquiries and market data requests;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in related systems;
  • Collaborate with IT partners to develop new system functionality and troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Act as liaison between clients, RBA, Investors, and other third parties regarding data.
Requirements
  • Experience with data management and numbers, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills;
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, ETL Tools, and XML (desired);
  • Understanding of financial markets instruments, such as debt markets and securitisation (desired).
