Digital Transformation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our EBR organization, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement and customer satisfaction across our global telco operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and organize projects to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity.
  • Complete projects in a timely manner to achieve quality improvement goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to obtain performance excellence and performance improvement.
  • Oversee inspection of incoming materials to ensure requirements are met.
  • Recognize employees who contribute to the company's success.
  • Communicate with partner vendors and other members of the company to evaluate the Performance Excellence project.
  • Provide regular updates, feedback, and reports on project status to the management team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development program management, preferably in a customer support and people management role.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources (training and/or recruiting) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Experience establishing and running a quality assurance program involving service delivery.
  • An understanding of work optimization programs such as Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience working towards deadlines with great credibility, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve project outcomes.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
