Empowering Digital Transformation


At Adobe, we're on a mission to revolutionize the digital landscape. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Transformation Expert to lead our pre-sales activities in APAC and ANZ. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you'll work closely with top brands and strategic customers to drive digital transformation and CX.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with account teams, delivery teams, product engineering, and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success.
  • Develop and present compelling services and solution propositions to clients.
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover customer needs, identify business objectives, and challenges to be solved.
  • Design and deliver holistic services responses, including services scope, staffing, and roadmaps.

Requirements



  • Extensive experience in top-tier consulting or technology organizations.
  • Deep understanding of digital platform implementations, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, and Digital Asset Management.
  • Balance of business and technology skills, with the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
