The Role

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and align business requirements with company objectives through Agile methodologies.
  • Cloud Solutions Design: Work alongside IT teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Data Insights and Reporting: Utilize Databricks to develop data-driven insights and reporting solutions supporting informed decision-making across business units.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service quality by leveraging technology.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and project updates are regularly shared.
  • Solution Documentation and Testing: Prepare and maintain documentation, including process flows, system documentation, and user guides. Conduct UAT and validate solutions before deployment.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience in a similar role within the IT sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of

    •Analytical and problem-solving skills.,
    •Stakeholder communication and management and Data analysis and interpretation
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Paying close attention to detail and delivering work that meets high standards.

Our salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
