Enhance Student Experience as a Campus Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the full-time role of Campus Student Engagement Advisor at the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP). In this position, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional student support and guidance.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with our national Student Engagement team, delivering professional guidance and proactive support to help students succeed in their studies. As a key point of contact for student enquiries, you will engage with students through various communication channels, including calls and emails, and work closely with academic colleagues.

You will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to local students at the Brisbane campus, contributing to ACAP's commitment to exceptional student support and guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations by responding to inbound student queries across phone, web chat, and email channels.
  • Be the first point of contact for student enquiries and deliver excellent service to students.
  • Deliver exemplary administrative support to facilitate smooth student experience.
  • Apply policies and procedures to provide timely and accurate advice.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all administrative activities.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including advanced MS Office suite and ideally student records software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in tertiary education environments.
