Job Title: Project Scheduling Expert

Are you an experienced scheduling professional with a passion for delivering complex IT projects on time?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Master Scheduler and take your career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on scheduling practices, ensuring effective development, coordination, and management of project timelines.

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules to support seamless execution
  • Define and standardize planning frameworks to enable milestone aggregation and interdependency visibility across the portfolio
  • Lead strategic prioritization and delivery efforts to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely mobilization of initiatives

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with scheduling tools, such as MS Project, and proven expertise in developing and implementing Scheduling Standards.

They will also have previous experience working on ERP programs, ideally SAP, and demonstrated capability in facilitating planning workshops to evaluate implementation timelines, identify interdependencies, and optimize scheduling outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with scheduling tools, ideally MS Project
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing Scheduling Standards
  • Previous experience working on ERP programs, ideally SAP
  • Demonstrated capability in facilitating planning workshops to evaluate implementation timelines, identify interdependencies, and optimize scheduling outcomes

This is a 4-month day rate contract role with a strong chance of extension as it is a multi-year program. The role will pay a competitive day rate, circa $1000 - $1100 per day, and will commence ASAP.
