Project Planning and Scheduling Expertise

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of engaging with project teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate project schedules.

  • The candidate will be an expert in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, have strong Excel skills, and preferably have experience with Power BI and reporting.
Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and Maintaining Project Schedules:
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinating with Project Teams:
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Critical Path Analysis and Scenario Planning:
  • Perform critical path analysis and scenario planning.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track progress, identify delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare reports that support project end users, project management, and the executive.
