Project Scheduling Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduling Expert to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to develop and manage detailed schedules and cost information across a portfolio or program of projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, identifying inter-dependencies and managing schedule-related risks and issues.
  2. Analysis: Evaluate project and program schedule, progress, and performance, identifying developing problem areas.
  3. Collaboration: Work with project resources to gather deliverable information and updates for schedule updates, reports, and meetings.
  4. Integration: Update integrated portfolio schedule and collaborate with the PMO Lead and team to establish best practices and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project or Program Management and Schedule Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, PMI-SP) is an advantage.
