Conference & Events Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, coordinating events, and ensuring that every detail is taken care of.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • A Hospitality or Tourism degree, or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in conference and event coordination;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with iVvy event management system.
