About this role

As a Training Services Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day organisation of our training function. From calendars and bookings to resources and logistics, you will ensure that our training programs run smoothly and on time.

You will work closely with the Training Services Manager to coordinate training delivery that is efficient, compliant, and aligned to operational needs. This may involve liaising with business units, schedulers, and external providers to ensure seamless training experiences.

This role can be based at multiple locations across the country, offering flexibility and variety in your work environment.

A typical day in this role
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources across the organisation.
  • Liaise with operational teams to align training with business needs.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for training events, including room bookings and material supplies.
  • Engage with external providers to ensure compliance training requirements are met.
  • Analyse data to monitor training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
