The Corporate Risk Intelligence Lead oversees analysts, manages daily operations, ensures high-quality data analysis and reporting, and drives strategic insights to support key business decisions.
- This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead a team of analysts in conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional development.
- Align projects with team strengths, define scope and deliverables, monitor progress, and manage risks.
- Guide data collection and analysis, interpret trends, develop reports, and support regulatory and audit requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for process improvements, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
- Certifications: CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
