Position Overview

The Corporate Risk Intelligence Team Lead oversees analysts, manages daily operations, ensures high-quality data analysis and reporting, and drives strategic insights to support key business decisions. This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Green Bay or Milwaukee, WI due to work requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
  • Project Management: Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
  • Certifications: CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.

The salary range for this role is $98,350.00 - $168,600.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
