**Job Description**

This role is responsible for driving digital growth and optimizing brand representation on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital KPIs and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze Amazon performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support account leads in decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and optimized product content across Amazon.
  • Monitor consumer demand and assortment trends to support sales growth.
  • Support execution of Digital Joint Business Plans by tracking progress against KPIs.
  • Partner with internal teams to align initiatives.
  • Prepare materials and insights for senior account managers and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of digital KPIs (Impressions, CTR, PDP views, ATC, CVR, ROAS) and how they impact performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in Digital Wholesale (preferably Amazon or marketplace).
  • Clear communicator, able to present findings and recommendations in a concise way.
  • Organized and proactive, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools a plus.
