As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital growth and success.

The primary focus of this position is to support the development and implementation of strategic plans that enhance the consumer experience through data analysis, content execution, and performance tracking.
\
This role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of digital KPIs and analytics. Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or account management is also essential.
\
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize insights and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
\

Key Responsibilities:
\
  • Monitor and report on digital KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of global and regional initiatives.
  • Ensure product content is accurate, consistent, and optimized across digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seasonal activations.
  • Prepare reporting packs and insights using business intelligence tools.
  • Contribute to performance reviews and seasonal sell-in processes.
  • Collaborate with external account contacts on day-to-day operations.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Improvements in digital KPIs such as conversion, availability, and return on ad spend.
  • Consistency of product content and visibility across digital channels.
  • Contribution to sell-through growth and account support.

  • PAC Key Account team.
  • PAC Digital Wholesale (DPC) team.
  • Market Planning, Finance, and Brand Activation teams.
  • Digital and merchandising teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or account management.
  • Clear communicator with ability to summarize insights.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
