As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will be responsible for managing a diverse rehabilitation caseload and delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs for patients with varying medical conditions including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, medical/reconditioning, and neurology.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across inpatient services and acute care settings.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify functional, equipment, and service needs in the rehabilitation setting.
To excel in this role, you will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. A passion for client care and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Requirements- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
- Current Driver's License.
