Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated nursing professional to join our dynamic healthcare team as an Enrolled Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals or groups under the direction and supervision of the RN
  • Work closely with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs and promote a culture of safety and respect
  • Act as a role model for best practice and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Administer medications according to state law and organisational policy, ensuring accurate and timely treatment for patients
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research
Requirements:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA and a strong understanding of nursing codes and standards
  • Minimum 1 year acute experience and proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Medication and IV administration endorsed and a solid foundation in clinical decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Able to work well independently and within a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and circumstances
