Job Description

A highly skilled and experienced leader is required to manage a team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction for the team to ensure efficient management and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate evidence-based nursing care delivery to meet the needs of patients and families.
  • Ensure a culture of excellence and customer-focused care in a team-driven environment.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Accountable for effective resource management and allocation.
  • Undertake direct patient care as required to provide holistic and compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Current Registration with AHPRA or equivalent professional body.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with diverse stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Good knowledge base in labour management and private health funding requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and patients.
  • Commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care.
