">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing surgery. Your expertise and experience will enable you to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in nursing practice and related areas
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance reviews

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 1-year acute experience as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Endorsement in Med and IV therapy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
