Job Overview:

This role is integral to ensuring compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements at a compounding centre. Key responsibilities include investigating incidents, preparing reports, participating in audits, and training staff on quality procedures.

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in GMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing, experience in sterile compounding environments, and competency in IT software such as MS Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate incidents, deviations, and complaints
  • Participate in risk assessments, change control, validation, and internal audits
  • Conduct training for staff on quality procedures
  • Maintain and organize the site micro laboratory
  • Support Environmental Monitoring activities and perform quality assessments

Requirements:

  • Experience in GMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Experience in sterile compounding environment (desirable)
  • Experience with regulators of pharmaceutical manufacture
  • Competency in common IT software
