Operational Process Specialist

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to work as an Operational Process Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operational process documents.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Process Development and Improvement: Developing, reviewing, and continuously improving operational process documents to ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks.
  2. Policy Contribution: Contributing to the development and review of Commission-wide policies and resources, providing high-quality input that incorporates operational insights, legislative understanding, and stakeholder perspectives.
  3. Register Maintenance: Maintaining various registers (e.g., legal advice register, policy document register), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with record-keeping and governance standards.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, promote teamwork, and advance initiatives that support cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and exercise sound judgment in their decision-making.
